I had an amazing stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and shown around the spacious and modern facilities. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were fantastic. With large double beds in both bedrooms, I had a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The location of this apartment was perfect - situated on a lovely street with a variety of shops and restaurants, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. It was also centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular tourist spots such as the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The convenience of having a supermarket just down the street was also a bonus.

The AC was initially not working, but the property manager quickly responded and organized maintenance for the next day. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean with updated decor. The host, Anna, was helpful and provided recommendations. The location was central and convenient for sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped.

our stay at gioiello di venezia, suite san lio was simply amazing. the apartment was beautifully done and the location was perfect, close to popular attractions and great dining options. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. overall, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms that made it perfect for our group. The living room was a great place to hang out and relax after a long day of exploring Venice. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy for us to cook and have meals together. We loved the air-conditioning, especially during the hot summer days.

Personally, I would have liked if there was a bathtub in one of the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others won't mind.

Worst communication and misguidance upon arrival. Lack of washing machine and non-functional air conditioning in some areas.

We got amazing value for our money with a spacious and comfortable apartment in a central location. The staff at Gioiello Di Venezia were incredibly helpful and even arranged a water taxi for our departure.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.

Located in the heart of the neighborhood, this hotel is in a very central spot, close to all the attractions. You can easily take a short walk to St Mark's Square and explore other small islands. the rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary appliances. the host was very helpful in providing clear instructions and even arranged a private transfer from the train station.

The curtains in one of the bedrooms could be darker to block out the hallway light that lit up the room.
